If you really serious then Avid is the industry standard and that for good reasons, but like Protools you need real thing- hardware+software and that is expensive. Vegas is easy to learn, musicians like it because it is of audio origin but pc only, on Mac you have Final Cut.
Premiere will integrate better with AF, actually I would recommend the whole Creative Suite 3, if you serious about visuals you will need Photoshop too, the whole pack is good value for money. EgAD wrote:ok so do I have to use after effects with another application or is it a stand alone app, I mentioned vegas cause someone told me that it was the best thing to use does after effects work with that, like would I be set if I bought those two or ?, I don't want to spend more than I have to but if I get exactly what i need then the money will be less of an issue.
